Hank Hill of Bend Craftsmen, was our contractor for a kitchen remodel. Hank’s quote was not the lowest (cheapest), but with Bend Craftsmen, we found you get what you pay for. Hank employed the best subcontractors - all highly competent and respectful of our home. Hank’s communication was consistently prompt, informative, and patient. He interfaced seamlessly with all of his subcontractors and gave us regular updates on their progress. I asked about hiring a designer and Hank suggested Samantha McClintock, who works with him regularly. She is incredible. No question - she understood us and significantly elevated the look to our tastes. You get the idea: It was a good experience for us. We are very happy with our “new” kitch

I recently hired Bend Craftsman Company to fix a leaking deck and remodel our living area. From start to finish, the entire experience with Bend Craftsman Company was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, their professionalism and communication skills were outstanding. Hank took the time to thoroughly assess the issues and proposed solutions in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the project, he kept us informed about progress, any unexpected findings, and the timeline for completion with weekly updates and almost daily texts. The craftsmanship displayed by Bend Craftsman Company was truly impressive. The deck is now not only watertight but also aesthetically pleasing. Their attention to detail in the living area remodel was equally remarkable. The transformation of the space exceeded our expectations, and it's now a warm and inviting area that our family thoroughly enjoys. All the subcontractors were friendly, professional and respectful of our home. Lastly, the pricing was fair and transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I recommend Hank and Bend Craftsman Company for any home construction projects. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction makes them a 5 star contractor.

Bend Craftsman Company was such an excellent partner on our home remodel project. Our house is really old and there isn't a straight line in the place. Hank was able to navigate all of the complexities and turn our home into a truly gorgeous place to live. In addition, Hank was great to communicate with, giving us plenty of lead time to understand and hone in on the details of the scope of the project. He and his team were very respectful of the house and are professionals. I highly recommend Bend Craftsman Company. They're awesome!

We just completed a complete kitchen remodel with Bend Craftsmen Co. at our home in Sunriver, OR. We were first drawn to Hank, and his business by the word "Craftsmen" in his company name because that's the kind of quality work we wanted. We are happy to attest that his build quality, attention to detail and professionalism all lived up to that ideal of craftsmanship. Hank was easy to communicate with, and kept us up to date throughout the process. All the work was done in the timeframe he projected, and for the quoted pricing. We are very pleased with the result. Thank you, Bend Craftsmen Company!

The whole experience has been so awesome Hank... Hank showed up on time on on our first appointment to bid the job. His bid was very thorough - with progress dates for payments on the project. He cleaned up after yourself EACH time you were on the job site and removed garbage/ scraps daily (big plus). Hank is incredibly creative with challenges to unique issues- problem solving and finding solutions is HUGE in my industry - extending curtain rods, matching tiles, etc. His bids are reasonable- not crazy high, but good value for your skills and craftsmanship of a licensed/ bonded carpenter.

We hired Hank to do a complete remodel on the master bath of our house. He quickly visited us to discuss our options and provide a detailed estimate with a reasonable cost. Whenever we requested changes to the project, he was quick to amend the contract. He was very communicative about when workers would and would not be on site and was very responsive when we had any questions. Most of all, the project was completed is a reasonable time frame with high quality work. We would absolutely hire Hank again for a renovation project!
